Thank you for posting this! It’s nice to see what the actual cost of a regimen will be for a year since the one time price can totally deter me but in the long run cost winds up super reasonable!

I would love to read more about self care after having a baby. I.e. How you got back in shapre, what you ate, how you coped with this new role as a mom, and how to balance baby and wofe duties. 🙂

Those babies are adorable. As a first time mom I would love to see/read more about how to tale care of a baby. I feel as though I am ill prepapred so any tip, tricks, new knowledge is greatly appreciated.
